A drive (inverter) is a critical electronic device used to control the speed, torque and direction of rotation of electric motors. Drives are basically devices that convert direct current (DC) electricity into alternating current (AC) electricity and provide precise control over this AC output. One of their most obvious functions is speed control. Drives make it possible to adjust the speed of the motors according to the desired value. They also provide torque control.
